2024 Aviator Dash 

Fundraising goal and highlights:

  • Our inaugural Aviator Dash fundraising goal is $100,000!
  • Tons of individual prizes!
  • Top class with the most money raised per student will earn recess/PE equipment!
  • Class with the highest average raised per student will receive a shoutout on the marquee!
  • Top class wins a dessert party!
  • Additional details will be available as our fundraising campaign gets underway!

Setting up your student's personalized fundraising page - AVAILABLE NOW!

  1. Go to www.myadum.com and log in to your Membership Toolkit account. Create one if you haven't already! 
  2. In the top menu, select "My Account"
  3. Scroll down until you see Fundraising Campaigns. Your student(s) will be listed there. 
  4. Click on each student's name to personalize their page and start sharing it with friends and family!
  5. It is important to have friends and family donate through your child's page for them to get credit.
  6. For Membership Toolkit App users, you can personalize and share your student's page from your phone - just click on "My Account" to get started!

 

Be sure to share your student's page far and wide. Businesses may provide a corporate matching program for non-profit organizations.

FAQs & HIGHLIGHTS

 

What is the Aviator Dash?

The Adum Aviator Dash is a physical activity-based fundraiser that is held in the fall of each school year. Students will ask friends and family to donate to support our school and then at the end of the fundraising period, students and staff will celebrate with exciting activities like an inflatable obstacle course, a scooter board agility course, a dump bucket with their favorite teacher or staff member, soccer field walk, a DJ to keep everyone dancing and moving, and more!

 

How do students win a prize?

Raise as much money as you can! Ask family, friends and neighbors for donations and submit all no later than October 17th!

 

Do I have to walk a certain number of laps to raise money?

No! Ask your donors for a flat dollar amount based on the prize level you are trying to attain. Students earn prizes based on the amount of money raised, not laps walked.

 

When and how is money collected for the Walk-a-thon?

Donations are being accepted September 27 through October 17th! For your convenience, you can donate online. All donations are due by October 17th  to ensure your prize level guarantee. If you donate after this date, there is no guarantee of prizes at level achieved.

 

How do I volunteer to help?

We need lots of volunteers to help the day of the event and shifts are as short as 2 hours! Keep your eye on the newsletter for information on how to sign up to volunteer!

 

Where does the money go?

Our inaugural Aviator Dash fundraising goal of $100,000 will be used to fund teacher training, school-wide programs, and projects.
